The Phone Box operates a cost effective weekday delivery service throughout the UK and Ireland.
Standard delivery is Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Our Delivery Providers
We use DPD Courier, Ireland’s best courier service for all deliveries.
We provide a next working day delivery service for all orders placed before 3pm for Ireland and Northern Ireland, and 2-3 days for UK delivery.
We offer same-day delivery service within Letterkenny for orders placed before 5pm at an extra charge of €3.50.
We can deliver to an alternative address, other than your billing address, if this is more convenient for you (e.g. a work address).
If you have any concerns regarding your delivery or you have missed an attempted delivery and require a tracking number, please contact our Customer Services department at + 353 (0) 85 842 6533 between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or contact us using our contact form.
Every effort will be made to keep delivery promises given. No liability will be accepted for loss through non-delivery or delay.
Any complaints of shortages of goods, damages to or loss of goods must be notified to The Phone Box in writing within 3 days of delivery and will only be accepted if goods can be examined.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY
All fees in respect of shipping and handling will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment will be deducted together with the price of the product.
Nationwide next day delivery via DPD Couriers cost €7 which includes Northern Ireland . Delivery to England,Scotland and Wales is €15 and via royal mail 2-3 days delivery time.
To track your delivery or check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department on + 353 (0) 85 842 6533 between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
What if my order arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, do not sign for them and please contact us immediately.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receipt of the goods. We will help arrange for the return of the goods. The customer will pay all return costs. We will then refund you the difference or we can offer you store credit to the value of the item minus returning charge.
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service department on + 353 (0) 85 842 6533between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
If goods are printed and finished or in transit goods cannot be changed or cancelled.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods cannot be taken back without previous consent from The Phone Box.
We will help arrange for the return of the goods. The customer will pay all return costs.
We will then refund you the difference or we can offer you store credit to the value of the item minus returning charge.
