Q: Do you fix other devices like the Nintendo Switch?

Yes as well as fixing phones and laptops, our repair team is experienced with fixing Nintendo Switches. As well as handing them in-store, you can post them directly to us. Just fill in the enquiry form on the repair page .

Q: How can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service department on + 353 (0) 85 842 6533between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If goods are printed and finished or in transit goods cannot be changed or cancelled.

Q: How do I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, do not sign for them and please contact us immediately.

Q: Is there a charge for delivery?

All fees in respect of shipping and handling will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment will be deducted together with the price of the product. Nationwide next day delivery via DPD Couriers cost €7 which includes Northern Ireland . Delivery to England,Scotland and Wales is €15 and via royal mail 2-3 days delivery time.
